Double Wire panel system

The Dulok Rebound Double Wire panel system is based on the CLD Dulok panel, but with the addition of extra wires to provide greater strength and rebound quality.

Description

CLD has developed the heavy duty Dulok Rebound panel, to complement the existing Dulok Double Wire panel, for use in multi-use games areas, where previously plywood boards, prison mesh or even heavy duty grating has been used. Rebound panels are available in 1.2 m and 2.0 m height options. Additional height can be achieved by adding one or more standard Dulok panels above the heavy duty Rebound sections.

Finish

Hot dip galvanised only or hot dips galvanised and polyester powder coated. The standard colour is Green RAL 6005 (RAL range of colours available).

From 1.2/2.0 m* up to ….. high: 200 x 50 mm mesh; one 6 mm vertical wire between two 8 mm horizontal wires at 200 mm centres, hot dip galvanised and polyester powder-coated to minimum 80 microns.

·         Posts: …… x …… mm RHS, hot dip galvanised after manufacture and polyester powder-coated with 40 x 5 mm flat clamp bars hot dip galvanised and polyester-coated to match post.

·         Fixings: M8 x 40 mm stainless pin hex dome-head security screws.

·         Maximum post centres: 2.5 m.

·         Set posts: Set posts in holes 300 mm diameter x750 mm deep filled not less than half the depth with concrete, as clause 620.

·         Bottom of fencing to be: approx. 50 mm above final ground level.

·         Other requirements: PPC Colour Green RAL 6005 or hot dip galvanised only.
