Architectural Fencing

STYLE and CHOICE

ImageWARD FENCING architectural fencing provides an alternative to the acknowledged security provided by steel palisade. Developed to provide a multi choice option for local authority, commercial and recreational applications.

This range of products offers a traditional fencing system with a number of distinctive styles designed for maximum strength to provide vandal resistance whilst remaining aesthetically in tune with the surroundings.

Constructed in form of welded panels with a flat bar or rhs top and bottom horizontal rail welded to round or square bar infills with a variety of heads to suit a number of applications.

Standard heights vary from 0.9 m to 2.50m with standard panels to suit post centres at 2.75m.

Stepped, raked, and radius panels are available together with posts for bolting to and cranking over walls, to overcome difficult site details.

A range of Single and Double leaf gates are available in  a wide variety of widths to suit.

Technical Details

The table below shows the configuration of WARD FENCING standard vertical bar fences.

Materials are also constructed to BS 1722 part 9 if specified and special designs can be supplied to suit client requirements.

The Railing head can be specified from the standard range illustrated below depending on the height of the fencing and the perceived security risk.

We do not recommend the use of pointed tops at heights below 1.80m due to the risk of accidental injury to innocent passers by.
